By registering for the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk/Run, I understand that participation in a walk/run involves physical activity and may include risks such as falls, collisions, weather-related conditions, or other injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for my own health and safety.

I release and hold harmless Summerhill Baptist Church, S.W.I.M - Summerhill Women Impacting Ministry, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and the event location from claims or liability arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate. If I am registering a group, I confirm that I have shared this waiver with the other group members and that they agree to participate under these terms.
